Alim AL Razi

Mr. Alim Al Razi, the Chairman and Founding Member of Ayash Al Razi Company Limited (ARCL), is a respected leader known for his integrity, dedication, and vision. With a rich academic background, having studied at the prestigious University of Dhaka, Mr. Alim’s journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to education, leadership, and service to the nation. Before establishing ARCL, Mr. Alim served 30 years as a distinguished member of the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Education Cadre. In his Carrier, he held the position of Principal at several renowned government institutions, including Kumudini Government College and Government M.M. Ali College, Tangail. His leadership in the education sector has earned him a reputation for honesty and excellence, both as an educator and an administrator. Beyond his academic contributions, Mr. Alim is an active Scout leader and has served in the Bangladesh National Cadet Core (BNCC), where his passion for nurturing youth leadership and discipline was evident. His extensive training in various fields has further shaped his multifaceted leadership style, making him a role model for many in his community. Having experience Inspecting and identifying the problem of machinery and provide necessary solutions of problems.He has experience in maintaining 24 storied Sena kalyan Bhaban,Amin court Building,08 storied 02 nos Building of KIB Complex, Five stars Standard Dormitory, second largest Auditorium of Bangladesh,3-DSeminar Hall,Big Convention Hall,Training Center,Swimming pool,Big Club &Cafeteria.He has completed lots of traininglike - electrical service for Building and industries,Heating Ventilation & air Conditioning (HVAC) System,Design and its Application in buildings.Community Level Volunteer Training program.He has Electrical supervisor Certificate (ABC License).

MD.Ali Hossain served in the Bangladesh Army as a sergeant. He is also in Special Security Force (SSF) and United Nation(UN) peacekeeping mission in Ivory Coast.He has 25 years of experience in related fields.after serving 25 years in bangladesh army he decided to join ARCL team as head of security. now he is performing his duties with exceptional dedication and efficiency.
